About Molly
Molly Haines is a Certified Recovery Specialist and Case Manager based in Nashville. She came to this work through her own journey out of addiction and the family restoration that followed. Molly supports individuals and families with empathy, clarity, and a non-judgmental presence across intervention, treatment coordination, and long-term recovery.
Prior to this work, Molly's own journey through the hopelessness of addiction and into the freedom of living in recovery opened her eyes to what is truly possible. With an unwavering commitment to understanding the complexities around addiction, and after seeing firsthand the value of family intervention, she found long-term recovery, restoration of broken family relationships, and real healing as a result of this work.
For several years, Molly followed that passion on a volunteer basis, serving on the leadership board of a non-profit treatment center, speaking in the community, and guiding families to helpful resources based on her own experience. Eventually she felt the pull to leave her corporate career and join this field full-time, seeking out experienced mentorship and bringing those years of preparation with her.
As a certified recovery specialist and case manager, Molly's work spans both the urgent and the ongoing: coordinating treatment, supporting families through the intervention process, and walking with clients through the long, quieter work of sustained recovery. Her mission is simple: clients and families deserve to feel met where they are, without judgment, at every step.
